In the role of enterprise architect I support you in establishing or renovating your architecture function or other architecture organizations from the as-is analysis to the to-be concept - regardless of whether it is an architecture function, project organization, or similar.

Organizational design is the success factor for effective architectural contributions. Organizational design is also the anchor point for other relevant building blocks such as architecture methods, metrics, domains, training, and tools. 

Alongside vision and mission, at the end of the engagement, you hold the design of your architecture function in your hands. I am happy to continue to accompany the physical implementation of the design until the commissioning of a new or renewed architecture function in your enterprise.
