In the role of a method and process architect, I support you in analyzing your existing method, process, and tool landscape and identify the potential for improvement. I accompany you on your way to efficiently exploit these potentials by developing, adapting, or networking architectural methods and aligning them with your tool base.

Whether methods in the areas of solution architecture, domain architecture, architecture roadmaps, metrics, patterns, and reference architectures, architecture validation, or taxonomies - at the end of the engagement, you will hold the descriptions of the required architecture methods, processes, and tools in your hand, in addition to the results of the as-is analysis. I will gladly continue to accompany the organizational introduction of new architecture methodologies and processes, including training of your architects, designers, and developers.
